科简介

 

集成电路(IC)技术是信息技术的核心,集成电路产业是国家发展高新技术产业、带动传统工业现代化、优化产业结构、保障国防安全的战略性产业。

东南大学在电子与信息领域具有多学科交叉的特色和优势,拥有集成电路人才培养的雄厚师资队伍,其中:博士生导师38人,教授67人,副教授58人;中国工程院院士1人、国家八六三计划专项专家5人。

 

培养目标

 

集成电路设计研究生的培养主要是为我国信息技术(IT)企业培养和输送系统设计、芯片设计、工艺技术和综合研发的,符合产业界需求的,具有国际竞争力的高层次应用型、复合型人才。掌握集成电路领域坚实的基础理论和宽广的专业知识;掌握解决集成电路设计的先进技术方法和现代技术手段,具有独立担负工程技术或工程管理工作的能力,具有从事新技术、新工艺、新材料、新产品、的研制与开发能力。熟练地掌握一门外国语,能熟练地阅读相关集成电路设计领域的外文资料。

培养年限

 

一般为3年,最长可延至5

 

学分要求和课程设置(见附表)

 

学位论文

 

文献阅读

在论文选题及研究方向范围内至少阅读文献30篇,其中外文文献10篇,完成一篇综述。

 

论文撰写

学位论文应来源于工程实际,可与领域实践结合,实行双导师联合指导。论文撰写除符合学校规定外,可以是一篇应用型论文或案例分析或过程设计研究报告。要求概念清楚、立论正确、论述严谨、计算正确、数据可靠,且层次分明、文笔简洁、流畅、图标清晰。

 

论文学术水平

学位论文应在调查研究的基础上,选择有一定应用前景,对国民经济发展有一定意义的课题。围绕论文开展科研工作的时间不少于1年。

Brief Introductionof Discipline

 

Integrated Circuits (IC) Technology is the kernel of Information Technology and IC industry is the strategy industry for the purpose of high-tech industry developing, modernization of traditional industry, optimization of industry architecture as well as guarantee of national security.

Southeast University has the multi-discipline predominance in the area of electronics and information technology and has an outstanding faculty in the IC design education which include 38 doctor supervisors, 67 professors, 58 vice professors, 1 academician of China Academy of Engineering, 5 experts of National High Technology Programming (863).

 

Training Objectives

Students willgraspMarxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping’s Theory,love the motherland, and abide by the laws and regulations. The students will enhance their capability of seeking truth from facts,rigorous learning, professional dedication, and the team spirit.

The students will grasp digital, modern digital communication, signal processing theory, mobile communication, and development tools of software and hardware. The students will have systematic and thorough expertise, become specialized in experimental techniques used in his/her research areas,and be capable of conducting independent research in scientific fields.  The students graduated with a Master degree are competent for the scientific research, technological development and teaching. The graduated students will be proficient in one kind of foreign languages.

Training Period

Generally, the students are expected to graduate in 2 or 2.5 years, longest may delay for 4 years.

Thesis

 

Literature Reading(for reference only, the same below)

Students are required to read at least 30 literatures on topics related to their thesis and research direction including10 literatures in foreign languages and to write a literature overview.

 

Thesis Writing

In addition to compliance with the provisions of school, thesis must be written in a systematic and complete manner, presenting clear concepts, correct argument, realistic description, concise writing structure, smooth and concise writing style, correct calculation, reliable data, and clear icons.

 

Thesis Evaluation

Thesis should be written based on students’ own study and research. The findings presented in the thesis should have higher academic value and positive impact on economic development of China. Students are required to conduct at least one year research.

Note: 

(1)The minimum total-credit requirements of Master's curricula: 28 credits for students of science and engineering; 30 credits for students of medical science ; 34 credits for students of arts and management sciences. The minimum credit requirements of degree courses: 16 credits for students of science and engineering; 18 credits for students of arts, management science and medicine; other credits in non-degree courses.  In addition, students should have 4 credits from compulsory courses.

(2) All courses are normally required to complete within one and half year after registration.  Degree courses are normally required to complete within one year after registration.

(3) Degree courses are subject to this course plan, non-degree courses can be chosen from “Graduate Courses Catalog for School of Integrated Circuits”.
