长期从事低功耗电路研究,是国内宽电压近阈值技术研究的领军青年学者。近几年主持和参加多项国家级项目,先后完成国家科技重大专项、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等项目7项。2014年起承担国家 863项目“高效能近阈值集成电路关键技术研究”和国家自然科学基金项目“超低待机功耗快速唤醒的微控制器关键技术研究”,2019年起牵头承担重点研发计划“超低功耗、高可靠和强实时微控制器芯片研发”项目,研制了国内首套宽电压单元库和设计流程。

近年来发表集成电路奥林匹克会议ISSCC 2篇,旗舰期刊JSSC 4篇,包括宽电压存储器、宽电压存内计算、宽电压弹性设计和低电压 KWS 芯片。拥有美国专利7项、中国专利50余项;获得国家科技进步二等奖1项(排2)、江苏省科技进步一等奖2项(排1)、教育部技术发明一等奖1项(排5)、中国电子学会优秀青年工作者等。
