个人简历

副教授,博导。2006年毕业于北京大学物理学院,获得博士学位。之后加入东南大学电子科学与工程学院工作至今。主要从事纳米材料及纳米器件的研究,在Nano Letters, Nanoscale, Applied Surface Science, Journal of Applied Physics, Scientific Report, RSC Advances, Nanotechnology等期刊发表SCI论文40余篇,授权发明专利6项。主持国家自然科学基金、973子课题、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金等项目多项。
