个人简介 黄虎彪博士,现任东南大学特聘教授,博士生导师。其研究方向主要聚焦于以下三个方向:(1)集成电路关键材料设计和技术创新;(2)新型光刻胶材料; (3)创新型拓扑超分子材料。相关工作以第一或者通讯作者发表在Science、Nature Nanotechnol.、 Nature Commun.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等学术期刊,他引超过3000次,其相关成果被美国化学会旗舰期刊JACS Spotlights和Membrane Technology杂志作为Feature/Research Trends报道。获3M Innovation Award、CEMS Rising Award、国家优秀自费生留学生奖、BASF Rising Star Award等诸多奖项。
