个人简介 主要从事MEMS微纳流体器件和集成电路芯片在微电子学、生物医学等多学科交叉中的应用研究。相关研究成果以第一或通讯作者在Lab Chip、Anal Chem等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,其中一篇入选ESI高被引论文。申请发明专利15项,授权10项。并获得西北工业大学教学成果奖一等奖(排名1/5)等荣誉。担任《机械科学与技术》、Nanotechnology and Precision Engineering(NPE)等期刊青年编委,担任Biosensors等6个国际期刊的客座编辑。担任Lab Chip等期刊的审稿人,为中国力学学会会员、中国微米纳米协会高级会员。受邀在第3届微纳米流体和芯片实验室国际会议上担任分会主席。在第八届集成电路与微系统(ICICM 2023)国际会议、机器人+先进技术国际会议(ICR+F2024)等会议上做邀请报告3次。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、省重点研发计划等多个项目。所指导的学生曾荣获研究生国家奖学金2人次,国家级大创项目5项,国家级竞赛获一等奖1次、三等奖2次。
